Mr. Metzka has completed & procured over $900,000,000 of development projects. Mr. Metzka has completed projects in the states of North Dakota, Ohio, Indiana, California, Nevada and Arizona. Mr. Metzka has managed and constructed various developments such as: over 400 multifamily units, 250-unit residential subdivision, national restaurant franchises, medical offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, geriatric behavioral hospitals, retail, office space, industrial, mix use and many other commercial uses.

Gabriel Martinez – Avision Development Partners

Gabriel Martinez is a licensed practicing attorney in Las Vegas Nevada. He is a partner of Greenman, Goldberg, Raby & Martinez (GGRM). Mr. Martinez has been with GGRM for the past 35 years, practicing primarily in the Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation fields. Mr. Martinez has been involved in all aspects of representing injured victims including but not limited to pre-litigation, litigation, trials, legislation, supreme court decisions, alternative dispute resolution’s, etc.
Gabriel Martinez graduated from Loyola Marymount university in 1981 with a degree in business administration, cum laude. He also graduated from Loyola Law school in 1985.
Mr. Martinez was born in Monte Vista Colorado in 1959. However he moved to Las Vegas with his family in 1962 and has lived in Las Vegas area for the past 58 years, with the exception of going to school in Southern California for college and law school.
As a result of his first hand witnessing of the growth/explosion of the Las Vegas area, Mr. Martinez became interested and involved in land acquisition and development upon graduation from law school. He purchased his first parcel of real estate approximately in 1985 and has been involved in over $200M of land acquisition and land development since that time.
Since 2016 Mr. Martinez has partnered with Brock Metzka of Edward Homes to acquire real estate and develop said real estate for residential and commercial purposes. They formed Avision Development Partners and currently have several projects in various parts of Las Vegas Valley which are in different phases of development.
Jason Thompson – Avision Development Partners

Jason Thompson is a Partner with Avision Development Partners. He is responsible for financial underwriting and all aspects of capital raising, including debt and equity. He is also responsible for the oversight of the Behavioral Health Division of the company.
Prior to joining Avision Development Partners, Jason was the Deputy Director of Economic & Urban Development for the City of Las Vegas. He was responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Department by working with the Director and City Manager’s Office to establish and implement long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Mr. Thompson oversaw the four divisions of the department that include parking, business development, redevelopment and asset management.
Prior to joining the City of Las Vegas, Mr. Thompson spent eight years as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for Focus Property Group, where he was responsible for maximizing operating performance and achieving financial goals for three separate divisions of the company, including residential master planned development, senior housing and medical marijuana.
Prior to joining Focus Property Group, Mr. Thompson spent three years as the Vice President of Asset Management for Tower Realty & Development, LLC, a Las Vegas based commercial real estate development company. In this position, Jason was responsible for all areas of the company’s real estate development activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and property management.
Mr. Thompson is a former member of the Clark County Planning Commission, is involved in the UNLV MBA Alumni Association and is a former board member of Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
